Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dolmapp mobile app (iOS and Android) and the Dolmapp website at dolm.app, together “the Service.” By using either, you agree to these Terms.

Dolmapp helps riders find and plan trips on Istanbul’s dolmuş / minibüs network — routes, directions, stops, fare estimates, and (where available) live vehicle locations. Drivers can opt into Driver Mode to publish their vehicle’s live location to riders while on shift. The website provides marketing information and an internal admin panel used by our staff.

Some features require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

If you use Driver Mode, you’re responsible for driving safely and complying with all applicable traffic laws — do not interact with the app while driving. Location data you publish in Driver Mode is shown to riders in real time for as long as your shift is active.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or abusive complaints or lost-and-found reports.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its datasets.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to impersonate another driver or rider.

Dolmuş and minibüs routes, timings, and fares are compiled from public data and, where available, live vehicle reports. Because much of this network operates informally, route details and fare estimates are provided for guidance only and may not always be exact or up to date — confirm details with the driver or operator when it matters.

The Service relies on third-party providers — including Supabase (backend/auth), Google Places / Google Maps (location and mapping), and Sentry (crash reporting) — to operate. We aren’t responsible for outages or issues originating from these providers.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolmapp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed connections, delays, or reliance on route, fare, or location information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the effective date above when we do; continued use of Dolmapp after a change means you accept the update.
